Delivery:

Furniture delivery time frames depending on your delivery location. For items not in stock shipping will occur once the product is available. 

Tracking for each parcel in your order shall be provided to email address on file at checkout.  First please refer to your email account for this information prior to contacting us about your order shipment tracking which is emailed. 

Delivery Areas:

Loft Beds Universe offers free shipping ($49*extended area handling not included) to the lower U.S. 48 

Delivery Terms:

All deliveries may, unless specified otherwise, require an adult signature upon delivery. This ensures that an adult is present to receive, inspect boxing, and sign for the delivery. If any anomaly is discovered, please document on the driver’s receipt and accept all packages.  Prior to shipment transit, any customer may also opt to receive their product without requiring an adult signature by completing and returning via email a signed liability release form prior to shipment. This form releases us from any product liability including: product damage, theft or otherwise. 

Release forms do not void product warranties and all products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty for 1(one) year from date of purchase. To request a release form for unsigned deliveries, please email us.  

Assembly Service 

We do not offer assembly service. We recommend 3rd party platforms like Thumbtack as an option at your own expense.

Pricing Policy

Loft Bed Universe reserves the right to cancel any order which is priced inaccurately. If an item is found to be priced incorrectly, the customer has the option to pay the difference in price to purchase the item/s. Any customer that opts not to pay the corrected price, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price back to the customer. No exceptions.

Parts Policy

Replacement parts purchases are not return eligible. All parts sales are final. No exception. All warrantied parts shall be replaced at no expense to the customer. For warranty requests we require a completed and returned service request form.

Parts requests without a receipt or for items out of warranty, customer pays the cost of the part/s plus shipping.  

Returns Policy

Unless specified otherwise, you may return any unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer pays the return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item), we will pay the return cost. 

For successful returns, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Return authorization is required from us for any return.
